Sometimes the happiest things are simply the comforts of home after a long and busy day at work. A former Peace Corps member and current food volunteer, Corie sees her moments at home as a reminder of how fortunate she is for what she has and how she can be lend a helping hand towards the less fortunate.

"All my photos are 'extraordinary' to me, when I think many would categorize it as 'ordinary," Corie says. "[It] all depends on one’s point of view and I try to remember how fortunate and grateful I am for what I have. It makes it easier to find joy and happiness in simple things."
